The owner's background
Tomasz Bilich is the owner-operator of the business and has over 10 years' experience in the residential window and door industry. He learned about windows and doors working in the factory at a local window manufacturer 25 years ago — from production, through post-installation service, and eventually the installation process itself. That background is what lets us offer quality workmanship, extensive product knowledge and real help designing your project.

What makes B.T. Window & Doors unique is that you get one-on-one personalized service. We are not a large corporation. No matter how advanced the glazing and framing materials are, or how beautiful a new door is, performance ultimately depends on the quality of installation — poor installation contributes to air leakage, heat loss, condensation and water leakage. We're here to save you time and money, and to give you peace of mind that the job was done properly.

About glass repair
We install windows and doors — we do not offer general glass repair or glass maintenance. If a unit we installed develops a fault, that is covered by its warranty and we will put it right. For anything else, a local glazier is the right call.
