SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description

B.T. Window & Doors LLC uses SMS messaging for transactional purposes only. Messages are sent to customers who have requested an estimate, installation, or service appointment. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and project-related updates such as arrival times, measurement visits, and installation status.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.

How You Opt In

You are added to our messaging program only when you provide your mobile number to us and agree to be contacted by text. That can happen when you:

• submit a request for a free estimate on our website and provide a mobile number;
• give your mobile number to our office by phone or email when scheduling; or
• provide your mobile number in person during an estimate or installation visit.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. If you prefer, we will contact you by phone or email instead — just tell us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with the progress of your project. Customers typically receive 1–3 messages per appointment. We do not send recurring messages outside of an active estimate, appointment, or project.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them depending on your plan. Please check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How to Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us.

Opting out of text messages will not cancel your appointment or your project. We will simply contact you by phone or email instead. If you opt out by mistake, you can rejoin by texting us again or by asking our office to add you back.

How to Get Help — Reply HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, and you will receive a message containing our contact information. You can also reach us directly at the phone number or email address below.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Because delivery cannot be guaranteed, please do not rely on a text message alone for time-critical matters — if you have not heard from us, call our office.

Privacy

Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We disclose mobile numbers only to the service providers that help us deliver these messages and manage scheduling, and they may not use the information for their own marketing. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date shown at the top of this page.
